KanaWorks_AITokyo AI Visuals LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information in the Deep Bell game application (Japanese title: しずがね, the “App”).
1. About the App
The App does not require account registration or login, does not offer in-app purchases, does not access location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data, and does not use any analytics or crash-reporting service.
The iOS version distributed through the App Store and the Android version distributed through Google Play are offered as a one-time purchase and contain no advertising or additional purchases. Purchases and payments are handled by the App Store or Google Play; we do not receive payment information. The App does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) authorization, and it does not track users or access advertising identifiers (including the Android advertising ID). The only permission the Android version requests is vibration.
2. Game Data Stored on the Device and Platform Backups
Game progress (save data and its recovery copy) and settings (language, volume, controls and the like) are stored only on the user’s device and are not transmitted to our servers. The App does not provide user accounts, proprietary cloud synchronization, or game servers.
When iCloud Backup or device-to-device transfer is enabled on iOS, this app data may be copied to a backup associated with the user’s own Apple Account or transferred to a new device. This is a standard iOS function; we cannot receive or view this data. Users can manage backups through device settings.
The Android version is excluded from Google cloud backup. If data is moved directly to a new device with the device maker’s transfer feature, app data may be copied to it; we cannot receive or view this data.
3. Network Communications
The App does not connect to the internet and can be played entirely offline. It makes no network requests for advertising, consent management, analytics, or tracking. If the user opens the support page or this Privacy Policy from the App’s settings, normal web communications occur in the device’s web browser.
4. Sharing, Sale, and Retention
Because the App does not collect personal information, we do not sell or provide users’ personal information to third parties. The App contains no advertising or analytics SDK and sends no user data to us.
We do not store game save data or user accounts on servers operated by us.
5. Managing and Deleting Data
Users can reset their progress with Start over in the App’s settings. Uninstalling the App deletes all game data stored on the device. When iCloud Backup is enabled, data may be restored after reinstallation or device transfer. Backups can be managed or deleted through iOS / Apple Account settings. On Android, clearing the App’s storage in the device settings also deletes this data. Because the App does not create accounts, no account-deletion request is required.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App does not collect personal information from users of any age. It contains no advertising SDK, and we do not collect children’s personal information.
7. User Rights and Contact
For requests concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or other rights under applicable law, please use the inquiry form below. Because the App does not keep user accounts or save data on our servers, we may be unable to identify a particular user.

8. Changes to This Policy
